Return and Refund Policy

1. Digital Services AI General provides digital parking access and management services. As such, payments made for parking sessions are non-refundable once the session has started.

2. Technical Errors If a user is charged incorrectly due to system malfunction, AI General will review the transaction. Verified cases will be refunded within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

3. Disputed Transactions All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@aigeneral.com.my within 5 working days of the incident, with proof of transaction and vehicle details.

4. Exclusions Refunds are not applicable for: – User errors (e.g., incorrect plate number entry). – Third-party payment gateway issues. – Network outages or force majeure events.
