2. Use of Service – Users must ensure accurate registration details and maintain confidentiality of their login credentials. – AI General reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or fraudulent activity. – Parking availability is subject to system and network conditions.
3. Payment and Charges – All payments are processed through our integrated mobile payment partners. – Payments are non-refundable once the parking session has begun. – Users are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance or valid payment method.
4. Liability Disclaimer – AI General shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by misuse, technical issues, or acts of third parties. – AI General is not responsible for loss of vehicle, theft, or damage in the parking premises. – Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. 2.5 Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
5. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
